Waterman Brad Domke Paddling into a wave on a big softboard with his skimboard and skimming off into the tube.

Note: skimboards have no fins are super thin and usually ridden off the beach into the surf

Here's a video showing him in Newport Beach doing it on a big heavy day.

Wow! I've never heard of a skimboard. I don't hang around with surfers much though. My favorite part of the video was the guy in the middle of the wave with the camera. Totally crazy!

Here's a video showing the guys in Brazil at an amazing beautiful beach! It's not too long and it gives a pretty good idea of what skimboadring is. The guys i see here in California are the worlds best pros! They make it look easy.
