Comey Admits There Is A Deep State

While promoting his book, disgraced former FBI Director James Comey admits there is a Deep State... in a sense. He paints these unelected, unchangeable members of the FBI, CIA and other military positions instead as a "deep ballast", good patriots who serve the best interests of the nation, not a deep state looking to oust an unfavorable President.
