And thank you for your kind words. For the longest time when I was a preteen, I wanted to be an artist. I kept at it through a year past high school, and then got away from it for various reasons and didn't really get back into it. I'm still not, but every once in a while I try my hand at something.
I guess I can communicate a basic idea. I just can't do it to the extent I would like to. I'm sure there's a more impactful angle for this scene to be presented in (and it might actually benefit from multi-panel like I carved it up, instead of one long one), but anyway.
It would definitely be cheaper if I were to do the art. :) Just not necessarily better for the health and growth of the comic book series.
