You just made me think about something never crossed my mind. Maybe the reputation system can be something made with another blockchain!!! It makes a bit sense because it’s something not really dependable on all the attributes of STEEM blockchain and in my view being seperate would have other advantages.
Maybe something of that would be the idea of the SMTs, let’s see.
It’s interesting that the more we use this technology (blockchain) the more we understand how well i can work in Lego mode. Being that (block based system) a system that creates the basics of the databases of the new ERA... which are not necessarily an upgrade of performance but instead a more secure way of dealing with data at large scales.

Well, now you're beyond me, @forykw. However, when you mentioned SMTs, oracles are something that is supposed to be able to more truly match reputation. It's been a while since I read about those, but supposedly they're somehow far more dependable for such things as user authority, however it is that they work.
