It is always a sad moment when GOOD people and projects like you mentioned feel they must leave steem platform due to harassment over what is considered content or even agreeable. I have seen more than one or 2 (IMO) very important and creative people leave in the last 6 months. I do feel it is as easy as RESPECT.
If you dont like, or agree with something you always have the option of just ignoring, or even engaging in a constructive manner. Time and Time again we see instead flagwars and pressuring that leads to negative perspectives.
Content is content..art is art...music is music... all these things are voluntary and a matter of preference...as well as FREEDOM to express.
I would rather have things here I do not like than have this place whittled down to a husk just to benefit those with 'higher stakes'.
Sad to see em go.
