hello guys this is me @asma-khan hope you guys are all fine and good. so today i am going guide you about capcut audio and how to make them.
Step-by-step i will make it for you guys
open capcut & and start a new project

open capcut (Desktop)
click New Project : Import your own video clips and photos into the media library.

place clips on the timeline:

drg your main clips and images into the timeline in to the order you want. then trim each clip by dragging the edges or using Split to remove unwanted parts.

after that mute the original clip audio when it needed :

if clip has unwanted background which making noise select it → click the Volume icon → slide volume to 0 or press Mute to remove the original audio. it will help to extract them

Adjust individual clip volume :

if you want to keep some original sound select the clip → Volume icon → move the bar to lower or raise the clip’s audio so it won’t conflict with your voiceover.

Open the Audio menu :

Click Audio (left/top menu) to access Sound your audio Device Sound effects and the voice recorder.

add background music :

In Audio → Sound → Recommended / Device → choose a track and press + to add it to the timeline. I used [song] from tiktok.

also add sound effects :

I am enjoying the editing videos with audio in CapCut. this matches the mandatory voiceover line.

Record voiceover (Grabar) directly in CapCut :

Click the microphone / Voiceover icon on the timeline. Select your input mic → press Record → wait for the countdown and speak your script (start with the required intro line). Stoping the recording it will happen the audio clipwhich will appear as a new track

If you prepared a script open Teleprompter paste your text then record while reading the scrolling text so you don’t lose your pace.

Expand the Sound Collection to edit individual tracks :

When multiple audio elements are present CapCut groups them as a Sound Collection. Click it to expand and edit each audio clip (split move delete duplicate).

Mix voice and music (audio balancing)
Select the music track → lower its volume so the voiceover is clearly audible. Select voice track → raise slightly if needed. Listen through headphones and adjust until voice is dominant.

Final check and export
Check audio levels pacing and that the first line is audible: hey hello this is me asma khan

In this task (SC-S26W3) I explored audio editing in CapCut. I added background music text and a simple voiceover saying: I enjoy editing videos with audio in CapCut. This video shows my step-by-step learning process of combining video with audio
