Hello friends, I hope you are all well. I am also well because of the infinite mercy of God. Once again, I come to you to participate in this amazing topic of the first week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Through today's challenge, I will share with you about survive out of pure anxiety


Describe what situations can cause you anxiety.


There are also many reasons why I become anxious, especially when I have negative thoughts about a situation. My overthinking about something before it happens causes me anxiety, even though situations work out as they should.

Currently, I am involved with a depot of ship recycling yard where I have to participate in tenders and buy metal items in lots. But although every time the tender is in my favor, I get worried about whether I bought the item at a high price or if the metal market goes down, then I have to bear a big loss, which makes me anxious.

Moreover, many time I have to engage in challenging situations where I often suffer from indecisiveness. In this case, I get confused about the decision I have taken; negative thoughts work in me, and I keep wondering whether I have done the right thing or not. In such situations, I often get anxious.


How do you deal with this feeling?


This feeling is really hard to deal with. Actually, this anxiety works more or less until the situation has a positive result, but I try to stay busy with work. Negative thoughts come more often in free time, so I always try to keep myself busy.

I immerse myself in regular worship and place complete trust in the Creator. I always tell myself that whatever happens to me will be for my good, as Almighty wants it to happen to me, and I can improve myself from there. Maybe something negative will happen to me, but the next phase will be easier for me and will happen according to my choice. This immediate positive reaction helps me deal with anxiety.


Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety.

Anxiety works for everyone at some point in life, but I think it's best to try to deal with the cause rather than try to run away from it. You are the one who understands you best. You have to find something to focus on that can keep you away from negative thoughts, be it prayer, travel somewhere, meditation, exercise, hobbies, music etc.

But what works for many may not work for everyone, so the best way is to find out the cause of the anxiety and try to solve it. Even if it can't be solved completely, you can keep trying so that, at some point, you don't get too anxious. We should always remember that what the Almighty gives is a blessing for us, and what He does not give is not for our good.

Obviously it's life and sometime negative thoughts are overwhelming and we have think about certain situation again and again and definitely it become a source of anxiety and stress for us and you have shared a very good tip, we shouldn't avoid from the anxiety and stressful condition but rather to try to solve it as soon as we can because it's short term and if you couldn't work on it it become stressful for long term.
