You are correct, it is not. In this specific case even the policies that did cover it didn't even come close to the replacement value of the destruction. It is kind of like when your car gets destroyed by the negligence of someone else and the payout is the blue book value... which will NOT get you that car in any sort of purchase situation. Actually, from what I am reading it is much much worse than the example I just gave.
I know it is not nice to say for the people who are innocent during all of this, but I hope that Minneapolis sees a lot of industry pack up and leave permanently. Could be the next Detroit if their leaders don't get their heads out of their backsides.
