You seem to be kinda new in this conspiracy thing so let me give you a cursory overview from my ~5 years of research.
We have "elite" families that compete against each other in abusing humanity to gain rewards from their underground masters called VRIL. The "elite" are the human class that are totally working for the terrestrial, underground, parasites.
NWO == Alien Agenda, just like the late whistleblower Phil Schneider said and as contemporary whistlblower Donald Marshall still says.

Well, frankly I have read about reptilians, about underground masters, and I don't really believe these theories. I'm not that new I have been reading about this for decades. I had never heard the name VRIL, will try to read something about them. Thanks for your comment.

4,6,8 I believe are true, as for 10, it's not that I believe it's impossible for an underground civilization to exist, what I don't believe is they control us.
