My ritual is also a bed ritual. I always have to use the toilet before I go to bed, even if I just have been... If I won't do that I am 100% sure I will not be able to sleep. It is something between my ears (like they say in Dutch), but for me a very important 'ritual :)

    Lol, good to be in the safe side... No mess to clean up in the morning... Or worse still, getting out of a warm bed in the middle of winter...
