Pastry cream without sugar, egg or cow's milk (easy vegan recipe)

Ingredients

• 2 cups almond milk,
• rice or coconut
• 4 tablespoons non-caloric sweetener
• 50 grams cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
• ½ orange,
• skin
  
  
  PREPARATION
  
  
• COMBINE cornstarch, sugar and 3 tablespoons of the selected milk until no lumps remain.
• HEAT the rest of the vegetable milk with the orange peel in a pot until it starts to boil.
• COOK the hot vegetable milk and add the sugar mixture.
• PLACE in the pot and heat over medium heat until the cream thickens, moving constantly.
• Turn the heat OFF and add the vanilla essence. MIXTURE.
• COOL completely.
