After a successful tutorial on how to bake, I decided to give it a try to make banana cake. It was my very first time of making this recipe cake so I was nervous on how it going to be.
But I was confident that I've been doing different types of chocolate brownies cookies and lots more. So I was confident in myself that I'm going to deliver this successfully.
I got my ingredients ready and my tools sets so as to begin the process but before I start showing you how I did it let me show you the ingredients I used.
Ingredients
- Flour
- Banana
- Baking powder
- Egg
- Milk
- Vanilla flavour
- Cinnamon
- White sugar
- Brown sugar
- Butter
Mis en place
Procedures
Peel the ripe banana and mashed it
Melt butter and pour it into the mashed banana and stir consistently
Add the white and brown sugar and whisk thoroughly
Add egg and whisk as well
Add vanilla
Add milk and stir consistently
Add flour little by little and stir
Banana cake is ready.
It was fluffy and nice, the banana makes it really heavy and healthy to eat.
While making this cake, what runs through my heart was amazing, I thought of where I learned the skill and how I learn them virtually at the comfort of my home.
