Yeah ended up walking into this with an open mind. Then find out you did amazing and really shared the talents and horsemanship?
Mostly it's because of our bonds with animals and respect for them that allows us to be such horsemen and cowboys.
There is a reason the ranchers hire my family to help with drives, and general herding. We just do better. And of course the reservation is a free fire zone for any predators. Making the herds safer than off rez because we will drop calf killing coyotes quick.
On that subject... There are mad coyotes these days!

It's so interesting to hear about the special bond between the tribe and animals.
I didn't know that there were mad coyotes out there, what makes them mad? Not angry but crazy right?
Like there is alot of them and in packs big enough to really do some damage.
Coyotes can kill humans.

yes sir ganjafarmer we have lots of them around here and local ranchers tell me that they are becoming more dangerous because they are interbreeding with stray dogs and running in packs and the dogs in them make them less scared of humans.
