How I Spent My Day | 22-06-2025

Greetings, everyone. Welcome to my blog. It is another wonderful day of the week, and I'm delighted to share with you all how I spent my previous day. This way, I keep track of my daily activities. Guys, take a look at my blog and see how my previous day went.

It was Sunday and a special feast called the Feast of Corpus Christi, which means the feast of the body and blood of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. This is one of the major celebrations in the Catholic Church because it serves as the centre of our worship. Also, this feast is what distinguishes the Catholic Church from others.

The Mass, as usual, was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., so I had to prepare and do other things before going out for the worship. Since it was a Sunday, I decided to work a little on my assessment, then write my article for the day before going ahead to prepare for Church.

The Mass started at the scheduled time, and before you could realise, we had dismissed, so I rushed back home to cook because I had previously bought meat that I was going to use to cook spaghetti for Sunday. I had every other ingredient for the cooking and was ready to make it as fast as I could, so I could attend to other things.

Immediately after I finished cooking, I went ahead and ate, then rested my head for a while to allow the food to digest. While resting, I got a call from a few scholars who were Ezza-speaking nations asking me to remember to join their meeting coming up the same evening, as there are a few projects to be discussed.

Also, since those in MRes AI and Computing wished to celebrate the program founder in the person of Professor Celestine Iwendi for his birthday, we decided to surprise him with a work of art, which we paid for a painting of him, and we intend to present it to him today. I was delegated to collect the artwork from the person who did it that same night.

I came back to my room after the meeting and collected the work. I decided to come and rest my head a little because it was a busy and hectic period in all. So, guys, that was how I spent my day. See you all in my next publication.
