Cricket Australia Investigate smith Ball Tempering Scandal
Cricket Australia CEO James Sutherland in a press conference on Tuesday said that Steve Smith, David Warner and Cameron Bancroft were found to be the only players who had prior knowledge about the ball-tampering scandal that has sent the country’s cricket system into crisis mode. CA announced that the three reported players were to leave South Africa immediately and that wicketkeeper Tim Paine has been made captain in place of Smith. Coach Darren Lehmann was declared innocent and Sutherland stated that the board’s investigators found that he had no knowledge of the plan. Smith and Warner’s role in the upcoming 2018 edition of the Indian Premier League has also been put under a question mark after Sutherland said that the sanctions that the board intends to impose on the players within the next 24 hours will have an effect on the NOC that they would require for playing in India.
No, just stop, this program would be much more endearing if it didn't make foolish attempts to trick people.
Because I'm 20% cooler.
