Users of dapps and projects sharing their interests, talking about the stuff they love, or making a little something something are all doing a small but important part to change the public perception. Each awesome new app built on Steem starts telling its own story, each member of the community tells the one that matters most to them, we start talking about Steem far and away from Steemit Inc, and it all comes back to underlining that the Steem blockchain is the common denominator helping share great things.

And this is still only the beginning of the journey. In the past year we have seen so much value added to the blockchain and in the past few months I have seen even more to come. This bear market could be a blessing in disguise as it has forced us all to re group and re think what we are trying to do here. Not only that but it has totally changed a lot of peoples position in the eco-system and shown who is here for the long haul. The people willing to put in the graft and believe in what we do here.
