LITECOIN TO $200?

This last jump for litecoin was crazy. What does this mean for other alt coins and what does it mean for bitcoin? I think we know that we will see another small decrease in bitcoin. My projections are bitcoin will go down to about 13k and then we will see another big jump. Possibly even to around 20k or higher. I think that this drop in bitcoin will help the alt coins. I am thinking that Decred coin might be a good investment. If anyone else has any suggestions about good investments as far as alt coins feel free to share below!
