Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You can earn CTP tokens by blogging or curating posts. If you blog you get 60% of the CTP, shown on the left on the number of votes of a post. These tokens have a value that changes in value due to market demands and supply. You can convert these tokens through an exchange such as steem-engine or blocktrades to bitcoin. I would recommend you hold on to your CTP tokens as there is big plans for the tokens going forwards. Hope this helps you.
