The recipe I’m bringing for you today is Macaroni. But before we dive into the recipe, let me share a little bit about it…

Introduction:

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
macaroni 1 cup
Chicken (boiled or finely chopped) ½ pound
Capsicum 1 (finely chopped)
Spring onion ½ cup (chopped)
Garlic 4 cloves (finely chopped)
Salt ½ teaspoon or to taste
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Chili sauce 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
Cooking Oil 4 tablespoons

Method:

Step Instruction
1 First, take a pot and add 2 cups of water. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of salt.
2 When the water starts to boil, add the macaroni and boil it for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3 In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the finely chopped garlic. Fry lightly.
4 Now add the chicken and cook until the water dries and it is well fried.
5 Add capsicum and spring onion, and sauté for a few minutes.
6 Then add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, and ketchup.
7 Finally, add the boiled macaroni, mix well, and let it steam for 2 minutes.
