Ashanti is still at her peak then after her self titled debut album, and her sophomore album "Chapter II". After the hit "Rock wit U (Awww Baby)", she released "Rain on Me" as the second single. It was somewhat a hit reaching number 7 on US Billboard Hot 100, while a number 2 hit on US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. It entered the top 20 in UK Singles chart particularly at number 19.
