Here’s my new acoustic performance, written and performed by me, ShemZee, with lyrics kindly shared by my friend Stanimir Dimitrov. His poem “Парфюм” (“Perfume”) inspired me to create this emotional and minimalistic song about loneliness, self-reflection, and human fragility.

It’s just my voice and guitar, recorded raw — no effects, no studio, just the truth of the words.

🇬🇧 English Translation of the Lyrics

Because I am lost,
because I am alone,
I’ve invented myself a name —
and the name is Shame.

I’m ashamed of myself,
ashamed of “shame” itself,
of the thoughts erased,
of the thought of “there”…

Of all the black clothes,
of the empty room — the chair…
and how the King is sitting there,
most shamefully — bare.

The temples give off fragrance —
I keep repeating in my mind...
What do the others kiss?
Of course… the perfume!

Because I am lost,
because I am alone,

Понеже съм загубен,
защото съм и сам,
измислил съм си име
и името е Срам.

Срамувам се от себе си,
срамувам се от "срам",
от мислите, изтрити,
от мисълта за " там"...

От всички черни дрехи,
от стая празна - стол...
и Царят как е седнал,
там, най - позорно, гол...

Ухаят теметугите -
повтарям си на ум...
Какво целуват другите?
Разбира се ... парфюм!

Понеже съм загубен,
