It's so simple... just be authentic. Yeah I'm still working on it. It's multifaceted issue for most people. Take time to meditate, heal yourself where you can, and do things you enjoy. Don't fall into the trap of always healing yourself, we are very messed up so there is always something to repair. Enjoy yourself and do the things you want to do. Be grateful. If you can figure out how to make a living doing the things you want to do Bingo.
