RE: "Dear Dawne" Live Today! - Images: Sourcing Properly & Beware Of Copyright Concerns
Let's see... I have seen many people post a url link to source their image to Pinterest- well Pinterest is not where the image originated from. Pinterest is a board and the person who shared the image actually has it posted on their own personal blog or website - so that personal blog or website would be the URL needed to properly source the image.
I think that is what you are referring to. Chances are images on wikipedia (not to be confused with common wikimedia) is posted elsewhere on the internet and needs to be credited, not wikipedia
OHH Ok I got it. So for wikipedia we use "atribution" link, to credit the author, it makes perfect sense. Thank you for the clarification, you are the best, very fast response!
Thank you, I want to vote for him too, I have to look for the rules. Learning, learning. 😊
its very easy to do... All you have to do is click in the upper right and then you will see a box (see below)... Go to the vote for a witness and type in his name... @danielsaori ... Also while you are there if you know Asher, you can also vote for @steemcommunity ... Both of these guys you have to "write in" as they are not in the top 50 (yet) ;)
Thank you done and done!
Nice I know that @danielsaori and @abh12345 and @paulag will serve us well!!!
I'm glad that you and Dawne got together too! She has been a major help to me!
