Inbreeding is a pet hate of mine, as it's all too common with the purebred and competition industry. I've had chickens, quail and one pet rabbit with issues from inbreeding. Luckily the rabbit lived over 8 years, but had a wonky mouth and regular teeth trims. The quails and chickens weren't so lucky.
Mrs just spoke to the vet about it, and he says they are trying their best to clamp down on it, but it is very difficult to control.
