Oh you just got a new follower. Lol I'm glad you made that choice to be with your kids. It's one of my biggest regrets time missed. I'm hoping she will come help me run the farm when I get it going. I'm praying for it.

I am glad, too. Even though the “days are long but the years are short” as they say, and my transition to full-time mommy was rough, I know later I will be grateful indeed.
Raising kids on a farm is a wonderful thing! I grew up on my Grandma’s horse farm, and then married a cattle rancher, and I can’t imagine living in the city. Nothing beats the stars at night! Or eating tree-ripened fruit right off the tree. Or the smell of the freshly cut hayfield. 💕 It’s hard work, but it’s honest work. Nothing beats making a living with your hands as a farmer, craftsman, homesteader, etc.
