I'm starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. I'm here to participate in the engagement challenge this week with a great fruit dessert recipe. Through this engagement challenge, I will make a pineapple fruit dessert and share it with you. So let's get started.

1. Make the recipe in detail with step-by-step pictures. Include your name tag with the date in the final presentation of the recipe. ✅

Pineapple is a very delicious national fruit. Desserts can be made with it in various ways. So I will share a dessert with you using this fruit. Below is what I need to make a pineapple dessert.

Ingredients required:

Name	Quantity
Pineapple	Half
Sugar	Two cups
Salt	As much
Cornflour	Half cup

Preparation method:

• Step 1: First, I will cut the pineapple into small pieces. Here, the pineapple must be peeled.

• Step 2: Now in a blender, blend the pineapple with sugar, salt and one cup of water well.

• Step 3: Now pour the mixed pineapple juice into a bowl and mix the cornflour.

• Step 4: Then put the bowl on the stove and heat the mixture for a few minutes. Here, you must stir it continuously with a spoon.

• Step 5: Now pour the mixture into a small bowl, cool it and keep it in the fridge at normal temperature for two hours. Then take it out of the fridge and decorate it with pineapple pieces and powdered milk and serve.

I have chosen pineapple dessert flavor here. Pineapple has various qualities that are very beneficial for our body. Also, I like eating pineapple very much. Yesterday, my father-in-law bought four pineapples for us. So I kept one pineapple to make this dessert. Not all types of fruits are always at home. Since this fruit is in my house, I have chosen this fruit to participate in this engagement.

From the first week to the fifth week, I enjoyed every course with great interest, enthusiasm and joy. Especially the pudding recipe was great for me. Because I love eating pudding with eggs and milk. Sweet puddings, desserts, everything tastes delicious. There are many recipes that we can make but do not try to make recipes. Through these courses, I can now make recipes for different items expertly. I have also learned a lot through the posts of different users here. So thank you very much for sharing these dessert recipes with us. I am very inspired by making these, because through these courses I will be able to share the taste of these dishes with my family.
