It was delicious! I haven't figured exactly what kind of cheese it is, but I think it's made from sheep's milk. It was gooey good with the home-made bread. It's important to wait for the fire to run out and the cheese to cool down, otherwise it'll burn your mouth.

oh that's so interesting! I think you guys should make some and do a video of it, lol..you might want to do the flaming part outside though!
