Great bread and knife (same as @neumannsalva wrote). Great German culture :) I also still mix in dry yeast as my sour dough is young. It's reduced by 1g so soon I bake full sour dough risen bread. Spannend!
Bread baking and music is an interesting topic. I mostly listen to podcast news but nice to have music especially I kneed dough by hand. I must think about what comes on my mind.
