This is a very unusual looking car. Was this car front wheel drive? Was the rear wheel similar to a motorcycle, with a chain?

Unfortunately, I don't have the technical details, It has front wheel drive, but the rear wheel was as far as I could see to steer.
In the back there were as you can see two support wheels for the side inclination in the curves.
