Essen, essen – im tiefen dunklen Wald dreht sich einfach alles ums Essen 😄🌲🍽️
Heute gab’s Senfsoße mit Eiern und Kartoffeln 🥚🥔 – die Eier übrigens von Daniels glücklichen Hühnern 🐓 (die haben’s hier besser als so mancher Großstädter). Und weil bei uns nix verkommt, landete auch das auf dem Tisch, was die letzten zwei Tage überlebt hat: cremiger Kartoffelbrei, ausgelöste Hähnchenunterschenkel in Paprikasoße und das, was wir gestern im Kazan gezaubert haben 🔥🥘
Natürlich wurde auch gearbeitet – ehrlich! 💪 Der Carport für den Brennholzplatz ist fertig, und morgen folgt der nächste: eine schicke Überdachung vorm Haus für den Grill und den neuen Räucherofen.
Der Räucherofen selbst wurde heute schon ausgepackt... morgen vielleicht mal ein kleiner Probebetrieb – oder wie man hier sagt: ein zartes Wölkchen Rauch zum Feierabend 😏🔥

The pictures of the Carport construction are awesome. It looks like a lot of hard work pays off to create a beautiful and functional space! The Räucherofen looks promising, too. I am curious what will be the first thing you'll try to smoke, and I'm already anticipating the smoky flavor of your first creations.
