Wow, Brocken Nr. 15 looks like quite the adventure! Your photos are absolutely stunning – especially the chestnut tree in full bloom, like hundreds of chandeliers lighting up the forest! I can almost feel the "schmerzhaft" climb up Scharfenstein from your speed data, but the views you captured are totally worth it. It's great to see you pushing those limits!
I'm particularly interested in the Wald-Baustelle and those diagonal Regenrinnen – a practical solution for heavy rains. Thanks for sharing your experience and observations from the Harz. Keep exploring and stay safe on those trails! What gear do you use to record this?

Das ist doch keine Kastanie, das ist ein geschmückter Tannenbaum den du bei deiner Brockentour zeigst. Eine Kastanie sieht so aus rund und ohne die störenden Blüten. Aber die anderen Bilder sind schön wie immer.

Hallo Andreas, die Kastanie haben wir selbst im Garten gepflanzt und sie hat sich prächtig entwickelt, wenn ich sie nicht ein paar mal gestutzt hätte, wäre sie bestimmt schon 15 m hoch. Ein Blickfang (blöderweise auch eyecatcher genannt) ist ein Ginkobaum, der innerhalb von 3 Jahren inzwischen 3 m hoch ist, nachdem er zuvor 20 Jahre innerhalb einer Ramblerrose rum kümmerte.
