This would have been an interesting topic but for the warning , just try take care of it, be pro-active in thinking and come out with something interesting to read, that is aim of steemit. But back to your topic, very true one can reduce the amount of fat simply by stepping down the breakfast time, in short this is one simple method of losing weight.
