Drive through bottle shops are becoming rarer due to the OHS and workplace rules but no you can't actually drink it the drive through just pick up some grog. I was very suprised you could buy beer at fuel stations in the USA.

And they're cold too, since in some states you can actually drink in the car, though the driver theoretically has to be under the limit...
I was suprised to learn in some states it was Also illegal for the cops to breath test you. Don't know if that's still true.
