Thank you brother, that is my big goal by sharing these build guides. You can take what I did, and copy it or take what I did and improve upon it for your unique situation.
Have you thought about putting all the individual posts together into one master post when you are done?

Absolutely that is a great suggestion, I can do like a materials list, and budget up front on the post as well to give an idea on the time and budget needed to build something similar.
