Typhoons ahead as Philippines' rainy season begins

Recently, DOST PAGASA said rainy season is not yet here. Finally, they declared it now. It is pretty obvious because it's been raining for days. Yesterday, the rain is persistent. The sun just peeked for a while, and was eventually covered fully by the clouds.
