Former Nittany Lions player files federal lawsuit against James Franklin, Penn State for hazing
Penn State football is in the news again and it is for something familiar.
The program was devastated a decade ago by the Sanduscky case and the assistant coach's actions. It led to the removal of long time head coach Joe Paterno.
Now, present head coach, James Franklin is in hot water. He is part of a federal lawsuit that was filed by a former player who is suing him and the school.
The lawsuit is over hazing that was done by a bunch of Penn State players. The suit alleges that the coaching staff was aware of what was happening and did nothing to stop it.
