Wardruna are fantastic, yep.
I don't know if that comes from the real in studying norse mythology on which they've built their concept albums, but before them I've never been hit like that by music. Their three albums based on runes are really powerful when you need to get focused on creative work.

There are other groups that followed the path, some of their tracks leave something behind their listening too : Forndorn is great, Heilung are worth viewing on scene (there are videos of their shows on youtube)
