For those people having issues loading videos, have them reach out to one of the Community team members on our Discord server so their issues can be addressed individually by our developers. We just rolled out new servers, so we're ironing out all the wrinkles on those at the moment. As for as the rest of your suggestions, the mobile app will take some time as they want to make sure the website functions flawlessly before shifting focus, but it is in the works.
