This video was so calming, it almost felt like a meditation.
Things like plants, mountains and water sources also discharge negative Ions that help us relax to the air, so it's actual since that nature is relaxing:)

Thanks Rutheh. I love the outdoors. It's always relaxing...just cant forget to put the camera down to actually take in the beauty. I'm trying out new things here on Steemit to see how it works out having fun with it all :-)
