You must be selected. There is no way way to just join. But our founder @johndoer123 has delegated to you, and i believe if he ever gets a few extra free minutes he plans on doing a little more. However, the layout and mission goals for @Doer-Minnows are going to change in the near future. We will still be supporting new people to Steemit, but we will be doing it slightly differently due to some changes in revenue sources and also due to @simplymike pointing out a couple of issues we were unaware of. Please also note, in the future most updates to the doer-minnow project will be posted at johndoer123's blog. This is beginning of a streamlining of the project to make it more manageable.
