I think you've set up a great support system. I can learn a lot from it.

And it is great that those people found you. I have been looking for newcomers these last two weeks, but only found 2 or so.
I think the main reason for that is that I've changed my strategy: instead of delegating based on the introduction post, I go check out people's blog a couple of days after that intro post. If they're still active and post decent content, i'm willing to delegate. But it's sad to see how many people don't get further than their introduction post :0(
