Have you tried colloidal silver? It is incredible, and a natural antibiotic. I think you can drop it, diluted, straight into the ear. Have a dig and see what you can see online, but I gave it to my kitty when he was sick, and while he did die in the end (😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭) he always perked up after a dose and ate a little after he’d had some.
