As to Facebook coin (libre, luvre!!? Whatever it's called lol), I was talking to my mum yesterday about that. It's the first time she's ever initiated a crypto conversation with me, usually she's telling me to shut up about steem and bitcoin. I explained my thoughts on a perfect (and not impossible) scenario for steem.

As I understand it, Fckbook coin will have only a handful of centralised nodes perpetuating their Blockchain. The fact that all decentralised Blockchain have thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of nodes (miners), is what makes them un-hackable. Will Fckbook Blockchain be un-hackable? I highly doubt it, as an organised sustained hack could theoretically bring down all instances of the Blockchain ledger.

So, what I see potentially happening is that they get hacked, a load of Fckbook users lose their 'libre' .... Then they lose their shit 🤣 and come on over to steem to do their soc media activities. Steem will have to get some things sorted for it to be a seamless transition, but it can be done... and the beautiful things is, that these traditional soc media users, will have got used to transacting with crypto through moving their libre around the Fckbook network.

Can you tell I'm not a fan of Facebook? 😉
