sorry to hear about your wallet issue, I try to stay with the larger exchanges so that there are hopefully fewer problems like that.

I don't trust exchanges, so I keep all my crypto in wallets. Unfortunately, there is only one wallet available for Cardano, and it is hell to get it to work.
