No to me I think money is better with money the will get a nice phone because if you get them a laptop you will need to get them a modem as well, so money is better the will buy a phone and a Sim and the will subscribe and the start blogging in no time the will get themselves a laptop and be using the phone WiFi as a means of Internet access on the laptop
