Welcome dude! I'm super late to stretching, I just never made time for it and now I have a heap of overuse injuries... I now spend about 30 minutes before bed stretching all the things, and now look forward to that every day.
You should start doing that in a regular basis! I just started doing yoga 3 months ago and i feel amazing!
