RE: Christmas is in you

in #dtube7 years ago

So much LOVE to you!! Also... ALL of the vegetables!

This will pass and you'll be back home to your routine and quiet again. Just as you found your new path after having your life upended, with love, patience, a different way of looking at and doing things and possibly some useful gadgets, so will she. (As there is a good bit of stubborn running through the both of you, I've faith that things will work out.)

On the other side of the coin, you are able to spend Christmas together with your mom and don't have to worry about shoveling snow. 💓 She may be unable to do now what she wants and has enjoyed through all of her years but there's sometimes a way to find a workaround and still carry on a tradition (even if a method has to be adjusted). And, even if that's not possible at the moment - Who says that you all can't have Christmas in April? Or in July? The Christmas spirit is something that is what is inside us and I've always believed that it should carry through the year (past when the decorations are down and the leftovers have been devoured).

As to commenting, don't worry much to it. You're a naturally positive and encouraging woman but you've too many pots going on the fire right now. You've posted what has been happening with your mom and how it's upended both of your lives at the moment. People will understand (and those who don't...meh.) There are only so many hours in a day and you're doing everything that you can (and not enough of the snoozing.) Write what you want to say, and how you feel and when you want to say it and that's that. (FYI - Here's to make it a bit easier - DO NOT RESPOND to me unless you truly can't help yourself. 🤗 Or, send me an emoji of a finger flipping me off to give yourself a giggle. 😂 😘 You know I won't take offense so you just do what you need to and I'll send you cheese memes and inappropriate jokes. 💜 )

Love to you and your Mom! 💕
