Fix IDM Download Bar Not Showing on Chrome (Old version IDM)

For IDM 6.31 and before, IDM extension has compatibility issue thus detected as corrupted, latest chrome version requires at least IDM 6.32 to function properly.

Do not watch this on Chrome because you need to uninstall the browser.
