dTube improvement idea - spoiler alert

dTube is young and has a big potential but it still has a long way to go.

I want to write as few as possible in my awful english so just bulletpoints.

• We should avoid titles like "XY death scene" at the main page
• We should insert some kind of funktion simular to the nsfw funktion
  (Show spoilers, don´t show spoilers, ask befor showing spoilers
• There shall be some kind of popup saying "The following video contains minor/major spoilers for X and Y"
