This "in air Refueling" by itself isn't a very disturbing issue. This happens the world over with many Countries and types of Aircraft. That being said, the path the drumpf administration is following is VERY disturbing. Bolton, who is a WAR MONGER and has NO common sense concerning war has gotten the U.S. to this point. If the rest of the World would stand up and indict the drumpf administration, especially the team of pompeo and bolton, it would be a step in the right direction.
However, the world leaders are affraid of drumpf and who wouldn't be? It would take a leader with courage to stand up and make the statement "This is illegal and inhumane action" and ther is no such leader.
